Gotta’ Have It Artworks™ Fundraising Program

Gotta’ Have It Artworks supports many community organizations by sponsoring Art Shows or Art Auctions that allow churches, sororities, franternities, and community organizations to raise funds for worthy programs and services.

Host Site Responsibilities:

Application Form: Complete and return the preliminary Fundraiser Request Application . Once your application is approved, the host organization must finalize a location and date for the Art Show.

Location Requirement: The location site must have electrical outlets and access to a phone line for credit card purchases.
Site Contact Person: The organization must have a site contact person designate for the day of the event, to handle any logistical problems.
Advertisement : The host organization is solely responsible for advertising the Art Show or Auction.

Gotta’ Have It Artworks Responsibilities:

Review Initial Fundraiser Form : Gotta’ Have It Artworks will review and screen all requests for Fundraising Art Shows and Art Auctions. Once an application is approved, Gotta’ Have It Artworks will supply the organization or church with an advertisement template for emails or mailing distribution. If the organization decides to develop their own advertisement literature, Gotta’ Have It Artworks, must approve all graphics, prior to distribution.

Products: Gotta’ Have It Artworks will provide on the day of the event a wide variety of both framed and unframed art. Attendees will also have the opportunity to select custom framing options. Art prices will range from $20.00 and up.

Funds : Gotta’ Have It Artworks will provide the organization or church 15 % of the gross receipts minus sales taxes for shows less than $1000; 20% for shows $1000- $2,999 and 25% for shows over $3,000. Funds will be paid to the church or organization in 5 -7 business days after the event in order.
