At Gotta’ Have It Artworks & Custom Framing, we understand the importance of making sure your artwork and merchandise arrive safely and securely. Each order is carefully packaged to provide protection during transit.

Shipping Carriers

Gotta’ Have It Artworks & Custom Framing utilizes the following carriers for shipping:

USPS Priority Mail
FedEx
UPS

The shipping carrier used for your order will be determined based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping requirements of the merchandise.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the type of merchandise purchased, particularly for original artwork, sculptures, custom framing, and special-order items.

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

The tracking information will allow you to monitor your shipment and view the carrier’s estimated delivery date.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates provided by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Gotta’ Have It Artworks & Custom Framing.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or redirected.

Receiving Your Artwork

We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and make arrangements to receive their packages when necessary.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package and merchandise promptly. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the merchandise and all original packaging and contact Gotta’ Have It Artworks & Custom Framing as soon as possible.

Photographs of the packaging, shipping box, and damaged merchandise may be required to assist with a shipping claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the merchandise purchased, package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed as part of the purchase process.
